Bearded Theory has announced its full lineup for 2027, with the independent Derbyshire festival once again punching above its weight. Often described as a more relaxed, compact alternative to the UK's larger festivals, the event returns to Catton Park from 26-30 May for its 18th edition.
Leading the bill are influential hip-hop group Public Enemy and Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls, who will play an exclusive UK festival headline show. They are joined by a strong mix of established names and emerging talent, including Super Furry Animals, Hot Chip, The Interrupters, Bob Vylan, Black Flag, Goldie and Dream Wife.
Elsewhere on the bill, Westside Cowboy return for a second consecutive year, alongside rising acts Lime Garden, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, ALT BLK ERA, Cowboy Hunters and TTSSFU. The Lovely Eggs, Tooth and Berlin-based singer-songwriter Anna Erhard also feature.
With eight stages spanning everything from punk and indie to electronic music, Bearded Theory continues to offer a broad alternative to the UK's bigger festival circuit, with its community-focused atmosphere and compact site remaining central to its appeal.
