Beyond The Valley 2026 Sells Out Before General Sale
Australia’s Beyond The Valley has sold out its entire 2026/27 festival allocation before tickets even reached general sale.
The 11th edition of the Victorian festival will return to Barunah Plains from 28 December to 1 January, with all tickets snapped up across The Daily Aus and official presales. As a result, the planned general on-sale for Friday 7 August has been cancelled.
The result marks an even faster sell-out than last year's 10th anniversary edition, which sold out during general sale in under an hour. That edition brought 40,000 festival-goers to Barunah Plains across four days over New Year.
This year's demand comes despite a challenging period for the Australian festival market, where rising costs, cancellations and slower ticket sales have put pressure on events across the country. Beyond The Valley's second consecutive sell-out therefore represents a notable show of confidence in the festival and its audience.
The 2026/27 edition certainly has a strong bill behind it. John Summit will headline the New Year's Eve countdown, while the Black Eyed Peas will make an Australian-exclusive appearance. Dutch electronic artist KI/KI will return for a special three-hour set, with UK grime pioneer Skepta also returning to the festival for the first time since the 2019/20 edition.
The wider lineup includes Ocean Alley, Overmono, Nia Archives, Vince Staples, The Veronicas, Armand Van Helden, Jayda G, Ewan McVicar, Job Jobse, Hamdi, salute, SPFDJ, Boys Noize, Hannah Laing, Odd Mob and many more.
Beyond The Valley is presented by Untitled Group and triple j, with support from the Victorian Government. The festival will once again combine its music programme with camping, live podcasts, interactive experiences and its wider programme of festival activities.

Beyond The Valley 2026/27 takes place at Barunah Plains, on Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar Country, from 28 December 2026 to 1 January 2027.
