Rock en Seine Announce Huge Initial Line-Up

The Cure, Deftones and Tyler, the Creator head up the festival’s first wave of acts.

Rock en Seine, the premier rock festival just outside Paris, has revealed its first wave of artists for August, marking the earliest major line up announcement of the late-summer calendar. As one of the biggest festivals in Europe during this period, its reveal offers a glimpse of what other events may feature across the same weekend.

The opening day pairs Tyler, The Creator with Sombr, setting a bold tone for the festival’s return. Day two features a strong trio of Nick Cave, Biffy Clyro and The Black Keys. The following day leans into heavier territory, with Deftones and Turnstile pushing metal and alt-hardcore to the forefront. The weekend then closes on a more atmospheric note, with The Cure, Interpol and Slowdive delivering a classic, dream-leaning finale.

Rock en Seine takes place from Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30 August at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud, just outside Paris.
