Luvcat Releases First Single off New EP: Lovebites

Acclaimed songwriter and cult sensation Luvcat has officially returned with her new single, ‘Vampire At The Beach’, the first taste of her forthcoming EP titled Lovebites. Arriving on May 22 via AWAL, the EP is a dedicated collection of murder ballads that explores the macabre intersection of death and desire. The new track arrives on the heels of her debut album Vicious Delicious and follows a massive 2025 that saw her perform over 100 shows across 25 countries.

The Lovebites EP is set to be a collaborative affair, featuring guest vocals from punk-poet Dr John Cooper Clarke on an anniversary edition of ‘He’s My Man’ and the Libertines’ Pete Doherty on the unheard track ‘Electric Chair’. The lead single is accompanied by a cinematic video featuring bathtub electrocutions, knife-throwing, and a peroxide-blonde vampire sporting a three-striped Adidas cape. Inspired by a "ghostly-looking lover" and Fellini’s golden-hued cinematography, the track cements Luvcat's status as the reigning queen of the underworld.
